Our Tasks to Complete

Your Discernment Committee is hard at work. There are several tasks we must complete before we can post our Rector position to the wider world.

The Profile Committee has done the important work of gathering the thoughts and opinions of our parishioners on the perceived needs and wishes for the next Rector of our community. Their final report is almost complete.

The Discernment Committee is in the process of adding a “Rector Search” group of pages to our website. We will be using these pages to keep you informed about our progress as well as provide useful information to potential Rector applicants. We also must prepare a standard form referred to as the Office of Transition Ministry Community Ministry Profile, or ‘CMP’ for short. It is part factual and part commentary on our parish.

Thank you for your patience and prayers. We need them. Feel free to ask us questions. Remember that we cannot discuss particulars, but we can discuss process.
