The Discernment Committee is in the process of completing the Community Ministry Profile (CMP). This is a standard questionnaire and is one of the principal tools that will be shared with potential candidates in our search for a new rector. This document will be posted to the Office of Transition Ministry website of the Episcopal Church and will be used by priests to identify and characterize parishes who are calling a new rector. The goal is to complete this document for vestry approval at their December 19th meeting. When the CMP is completed, we will be able to post our job opening. We plan to do this on January 9th - at the conclusion of the Christmas season.
